- Gather information on leads and input them into our lead system
- Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns

- Prepare and send correspondence (letters, memos, emails) CEO’s behalf, to clients and prospects
- Maintain and grow our relationships with important customers.
Essential Duties and Responsabilities
- Proficiently use Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiently use Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Houzz, LinkedIn) for marketing our business
- Answer phone calls on a multi-line phone system
- Maintain inventory on office supplies and place orders as needed
- Receive packages and accurately input inventory
- Assist with creating sales materials to present to customers
- Assist with creating, inventory and mailing of marketing materials to clients or prospects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Perform other tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Bi-lingual – English & Spanish
- Excellent phone skills a must
- Customer service oriented “can do” approach to work
- Ability to type proficiently - min. 50 wpm
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
- Basic QuickBooks Skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Driver's License and Clean Driving Record

- Cat5e/6/6A, RG6 and audio cable - wiring and termination.
- Perform all tasks required for cabling installation, including Cat5e/6/6A, RG6 and Audio cabling.
- Proficient with installation of TVs, Speakers, Racks and Rack Equipment
- Understand construction Low Voltage System blue prints and symbols
- Ability to safely use power tools.
- Ability to use and understand basic test equipment (multi-meter, cabling toner, wire testers, etc.)
- Ability to effectively communicate with the Company regarding schedules, scope changes, time and material management.
- Ability to lift and move 50lbs, climb ladders, work at heights or tight spaces
Essential Responsibilities
- Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Audiovisual, Voice/Data, Security & CCTV cabling and components installation
- Crestron / Lutron / Control4 experience preferred (no programming skills needed)
- MUST present a neat and clean appearance
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team, or independently and be a self-motivator
- Associate Degree at minimum is a must, Technical Trade School or College Diploma – Preferred
- Other duties as required for successful completion of projects

- Prospect for new clients and establish mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to obtain referrals to develop into new sales
- Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client's needs
- Prepare documents and submit job proposals using established company guidelines
- Follow-up and close sales and offer exceptional customer service
- Monitor job progress, demonstrate operation of the home automation system including a final "walk-through" with clients

- Demonstrate operation of the home automation system including a final "walk-through" with clients
Responsibilities
- High level of confidence, a competitive attitude and excellent closing skills
- Minimum 2 years prior relevant experience
- Well spoken and bi-lingual – English & Spanish
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with exceptional presentation skills
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Possesses basic computer skills including word processing, excel spreadsheet development and dedicated estimating systems.
